These were men who broke their oath to Isildur to fight Sauron, thus dooming themselves to an awful dead yet not resting status. Aragorn, as a descendant of Isildur, was the only one who could give them the opportunity to complete their oaths and thus be free. So they followed him and fought the Umbar pirates, which were allied with Mordor.
Once Aragorn had agreed that they had fulfilled their promises, they faded from the world, finally finding peace they long desired.

This is the 179th release in the Gold Status Fellowship club. This was the winning idea from November 2019 and was submitted by Fellowship member "ddaines". There are seven parts that require assembly (i.e.: mounted body, base, two lower legs, head of deadman, sword-arm with sword and shield-arm with shield). All parts are made of an alloy of tin, zinc and antimony.
