Grima WormTongue was an Agent of Saruman. As councilor of Theoden, he manipulated Theoden into believing he (Theoden) was powerless against Mordor and that Saruman was an ally. Eventually turned on his master, Saruman, while in The Shire, and was killed by hobbit arrows at Bag-End.
