Bilbo the Hobbit travelled all the way from the Shire, with his Dwarven companions and Gandalf. Finally he was charged with his role as burglar, to go and enter the lair of Smaug the Golden, greatest of the Fire-Dragons. Smaug had become complacent, considering himself invulnerable but he still had one weak spot, which Bilbo noticed and reported later on. It was one of the scariest parts of his adventure and also the most exciting. He learned the Dragon's secrets and survived to tell the tale.
