Dunlendings have had a long history of hostility towards the people of Rohan. Saruman helped stir up that animosity and used them during the siege of Helm's Deep as well as raiding the countryside. High-chiefs are powerful men, held in high regard for their strength of will and skill in battle. When they rally a Dunlending army to fight, their foes know it will be hard fought with little quarter given.

There were 100 metal miniatures produced. 75 are Antique Finished. This means that they are polished, dipped in black paint, then the excess paint is removed on the raised surfaces and left in the deeper areas, then polished again which gives fantastic detail to the figure.
