The army of Saruman contained many units of Half-orcs. More intelligent than true Orcs, and hardier than men, they were much in evidence at the pivotal battle of Helm’s Deep where the White wizard’s power was finally broken. They used scaling ladders in an attempt to take the walls of the great Rohirrim stronghold.
This is the 168th release in the Gold Status Fellowship club and was September 2019's Winning idea. It was suggested by 'hsf62'. The ladder is 56mm in height (unattached). There are five parts in this piece (i.e.: Ladder, Half-orc body, shield arm with shield, arm and finally sword in scabbard.)

It seems to me a very realistic miniature. With a lot of action. Mr. Chris Tubb captures the fantastic world of Master Tolkien in an excellent way. Thank you

MZ679 Lord of the Rings 'ISENGARD™ Half-orc on scaling ladder.' Fellowship figure.
Delightful figure that finally got into production, and should compliment existing Helm's Deep figures nicely. Quite possibly a small section of wall could have been included for those who like to display their figures 'as-is', but this is not a detraction. The pose depicts very well a Half-Orc soldier doing its best to climb a scaling ladder while fending off rocks or arrows from above.
