Grishnakh led a band of Mordor Orcs in the attack on the Fellowship at Parth Galen. Aware of the existence of the One Ring he stole away the Hobbits Merry and Pippin from the Isengard orcs of Ugluk, during the confusion caused by the attack of the Rohirrim upon their camp. Even for an Orc he was somewhat misshapen with a broad body and very long arms.

MS504 LOTR Grishnakh of Barad-Dur
This bandy-legged figure brings one of the significant named orcs from the Two Towers vividly to life. Tolkien describes his voice as "softer than the others, but more evil", and the expression on this leering orc certainly conveys that impression. Compared with Ugluk, he is "a short crook-legged creature, very broad and with long arms that hung almost to the ground." This figure is bent low and menacing. One might imagine him pawing the hobbits with his great, hairy arm.
